Delivery
Once you have placed an order with made we will do our utmost to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.
We offer a choice of two services for UK addresses:
- Standard delivery service uses Royal Mail First Class Packet Post charged at £2.95 per order. This service is free on orders over £50. You should receive your order within 1-3 days. * All orders received before midday will be despatched the same day (weekdays only).
- Guaranteed Next Day delivery service uses Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be despatched the same day for delivery the following morning for orders received before midday* (weekdays only). This service is charged at £5.50 regardless of order value up to £100. (Please note that this service requires a signature on delivery).
On orders over £100 made will despatch using Guaranteed Next Day Service free of charge. Where orders are placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they will be treated as if received the morning of the next working day.
made is unable to accept orders where the full delivery address has not been supplied. If you are unsure about an address please check against Royal Mail's free Postcode/Address Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk
If billing and delivery addresses differ, made will phone you to confirm that your card is not being used without your knowledge (on first time orders only).
*With the exception of a small number of remote postcodes.

Customs Information
When ordering goods from made for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from made, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. For instance, orders containing Clothing or Toiletries will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example: Clothing value £32 or Toiletries value £45.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Return Policy
Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Made by the People for the People Ltd, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; these items are clearly marked next to the product name.Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour if requested. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly marked with next to the product description.Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us (there should be a deep link to contact us page) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.I received the wrong item

*Note: All items must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
