brian crumley
Crumley is already a favorite among stylists, having work featured in Italian Vogue, French Vogue, W, WWD, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, and the New York Times, among others. Since collaborating with Eventide at Gen Art 2004, Brian has become a runway regular; this season marks his sixth collaborating with VPL for FW09. In the past, he also joined forces with Indigo People and Rachel Comey to produce accessories for their runway shows. Crumley was also selected for the Gen Art Fresh Faces 2005, and competed in the Gen Art Styles 2006 International Styles Competition.


In his first wholesale season he was picked up by Co-op Barneys New York to premiere in all ten stores nationwide and appeared in the Co-op catalogue. He has since realigned himself with Bergdorf Goodman, the premiere New York retailer.
*Spring 2009 introduces GUAM: Global United Artisan Movement, BY CRUMLEY! This is a very exciting time for Brian Crumley, who, in collaboration with MADE Fair Trade Jewelry, launches his first diffusion line created by African artisans in Kenya. The collection will launch exclusively with Urban Outfitters in Spring 2009, and features the sustainable local materials of Kenya, utilized by Fair Trade producers to create wearable art. It is truly a special partnership between Crumley and MADE, as it works to build livelihoods and develop sustainable business skills for the artisans in Africa.
