In 2003 Natalie graduated from the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts as an Arts & Design teacher. Bitten by wanderlust, she travelled through South America and went on to fall in love with Asia.
After experiencing the Tsunami in Thailand and working in the field to rebuild communities, Natalie decided to bring her unique and extraordinary finds together in one jewellery collection. This was the first Natalie Dissel collection.
Natalie's love for travelling has not diminished and her search for exclusive items has brought her to countries such as Argentina, China, Cambodia, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Myanmar, Iran and Micronesia.
Natalie's philosophy is simple: travel and absorb. This translates into a range of work drawn from a growing source of inspiration and experience. Pieced together from original sources, her collection cleverly fuses the natural qualities of her materials with complementary and wearable designs.
